Owner Fred A. Phipps III is a lifetime resident of New Orleans and has worked on construction sites with his family members since he was 14 years old. Fred is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans and possess a Master of Business degree along with other educational achievements. He meets with each customer personally to discuss their projects and creates customized, detailed bids.
