In addition, Phipps Enterprises demolished our old house and several other buildings on the property, erected a 2,875 sf steel building, and performed a custom interior build-out to accommodate show dogs and horses.
Fred was always very professional and well organized. Due to many road blocks, our project took several extra months to complete, but we didn’t incur any additional charges from Fred. The cost of the project was very fair, though not the cheapest. The quality of the materials and work was first class. The city inspectors were also very impressed with the workmanship.
Fred was always looking out for our best interests. We were kept up to date and he always made time to answer any questions we had. During the process, I made several changes resulting in an additional $30,000 in change orders. Mr. Phipps did not add any contractor markup in order to keep total costs as close as possible to the original budget.
